We do not sell your personal information to anyone. (The information provided shall be limited to those items reasonably necessary for the intended purpose. Certain information such as date of birth, citizenship and tax identification number(e.g. social security number) are necessary to open accounts and as otherwise required to be collected under anti-money laundering laws.)

How Information Is Used

We use information about you to provide services to you, such as custodial services for your investment account. We may disclose this information to third parties as permitted by law, including the outside broker-dealers, custodians, administrators, transfer agents, accountants or attorneys that we need to use to provide our services to you.

How Information Is Safeguarded

Access to your information is treated on a ‘need to know’ basis. We have measures (physical, electronic and/or procedural) in place that we believe are reasonably designed to protect the security and confidentiality of your information. These include antivirus, firewall, full disk encryption, password-protected computers and confidentiality agreements with companies we hire to help us provide services to you.
